Having lived all my life in a liberal democracy, I immediately assume that LJ too is a liberal democracy where Freedom of Speech is King, and indeed the entries and comments I've seen on LJ have proven to be ample evidence of this, i.e. people use this facility to express their opinions and feelings. And I am no exception.
The thoughts and opinions expressed in my entries may not necessarily be popular or politically correct, but they are my own, and I have given a lot of thought before harbouring my convictions and expressing my opinions. That is to say, I don't just jump on some bandwagon or other, or profess to have certain views or opinions just because that's what all the cool kids are saying, doing or thinking. If you disagree with any of my opinions, that's okay - I am not here to piss in your pocket, and I don't expect you to do so with me either - but keep it civil. That said, if you don't like what's written in this journal then I suggest you look at something else.
